We are pleased to offer “Construction Payment Services” or CPS as an enhancement to our escrow and paymaster services. Whether your project is residential or commercial, new construction or remodel, Guard-IT will verify and hold project funds in escrow and issue payments to contractors and subcontractors as directed in the paymaster agreement.
Guard-IT assures both sides that the project is securely funded and that funds are safely held until completion. Disbursements to contractors may be issued upon benchmarks or in full.
Guard-IT raises the levels of trust, security and performance for parties involved in construction projects.
Owners can be assured that payments will be held securely and properly disbursed, while contractors can be assured that their projects are funded and that they will be paid in accordance with the terms of the paymaster agreement.
The CPS agreement is designed to supplement your construction or remodel contract, to which Guard-IT is not a party. Disbursement authorization(s) may be submitted solely by the owner or general contractor, or jointly with mutual approval.
For the utmost in security, accounting and reporting, Guard-IT's paymaster services are run on the treasury banking platform of a major U.S. bank.
All paymaster services require a paymaster agreement signed by both Parties and submission of complete KYC details and AML declarations.
